Our Process
Research
Step one is the most crucial one as it paves the way for the entire process. Our early conversations help uncover the fundamental details about each project. The goal for this step is to learn everything we can about the brand and the project overview.
Common questions during this phase are:
Who will use the space?

What is the budget and timeline?

Discovery
Step two consists of compiling assets, conduct interviews, organize photos, shoot footage, and gathering as much material as possible regarding the project at hand to more deeply understand the space & the needs of the project.
Other activities involved in this step are assigning the project manager, beginning internal design discussions, coordinating with outside parties for further information, and forecasting production and installation timelines.
Conceptual Design
Once all resources have been organized, the design team starts illustrating the client’s vision.
Utilizing answers from our research, we balance our creative concepts with the client’s budget to craft a space that fits their needs and pushes the boundaries of possibility.
This step is complete when a sketch and proof are delivered to the client.
Fabrication
Design is approved!
Moving from design to production is always an exciting process. With a clear visual of what to create, our expert production crew cuts, routes, welds, prints, paints, wires, programs, and assembles each aspect of the project with professional-grade detail.
During this phase, the project manager keeps things moving at a consistent pace in order to reach our installation deadline.
Installation
The last step in the process where the stakes are the highest.
Custom-built environments require an expert installation team, and our staff is trained in multiple disciplines to complete the project with the highest attention to the smallest details.
